MUHS Summer 2022 University Exams: Centres told to Install CCTV Cameras, make available IP Addresses
Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) declared the installation of a CCTV Camera and the availability of IP addresses to the examination department compulsory for summer-2022 university examinations.
The university examinations are conducted in affiliated colleges. It is the responsibility of the examination centers to install CCTV Camera in the examination hall and make available the IP addresses to the examination department for monitoring the conduct of examinations. However, the university has found that some examination centers have still not provided the IP address and have not even installed CCTV Camera.
As per the notice, the Honorable Vice Chancellor of the university has taken serious note of this lapse at the end of examination centers and directed the undersigned to intimate/warn the Centre Incharge and Dean/Principal of the center to install the CCTV & submit the IP addresses immediately, so that examinations shall be monitored and smooth/partial conduct of examinations will happen. If the examination centers do not follow the above instructions, the results of students of defaulter centers will be kept withheld.
Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) is a higher education institution in Nashik, Maharashtra. The university was established on June 3, 1998, by the Government of Maharashtra through an ordinance. The State Legislature passed the ordinance, and the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences was declared open by the governor of Maharashtra on June 10, 1998. All colleges and institutions imparting education in health science in the state of Maharashtra have been affiliated with this new university under Section 6(3) of the Act.[2]
The university was established to ensure proper and systematic instruction, teaching, training and research in modern medicine and Indian systems of medicine. MUHS offers undergraduate and postgraduate studies, including PhD in all branches of health sciences.
