MUHS to hold 25th convocation on July 28th, details

Maharashtra: The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, has announced that its 25th Convocation Ceremony will be held on July 28, 2026. during which degree and diploma certificates will be conferred upon eligible candidates from 41 undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, doctoral and allied health science programmes.
The university has also directed affiliated colleges to submit the list of eligible students by July 10, 2026, to facilitate the convocation process.
According to the circular issued by the Controller of Examinations, students who become eligible for their degree a day before the convocation will receive their degree or diploma certificates during the ceremony.
The convocation covers a wide spectrum of health science courses, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Paramedical Technology, Medical and Dental postgraduate programmes, DM, MCh, PhD, MPhil, MBA, MPH, M.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Pharma, and various diploma and certificate courses.
The university has clarified that students from earlier batches who were covered during the 24th Convocation can apply only in absentia. Their degree or diploma certificates will be sent to their respective colleges. However, students covered under the current convocation may choose to receive their certificates either in person or in absentia. Once the mode of receiving the certificate is selected, no change will be permitted.
MUHS has instructed Deans and Principals of affiliated institutions to submit the list of eligible students through the university's online software, duly signed and stamped, on or before July 10, 2026. Institutions must also attach a photocopy of the Internship Completion Certificate, wherever applicable.
The circular further states that candidates who fail to submit their applications within the stipulated deadline and apply later will be required to pay late fee charges in accordance with the university's circular dated March 21, 2014.
