MUHS to hold Mini Convocation in July 2025, asks Students To Submit Details

Through the circular, MUHS has informed all the Deans/Principals that the online system to submit Students' details such as Passport-size Photograph, Marathi Name and other details is made available on the University's official website. Therefore, all the Deans/Principals are requested to submit all the details on or before 07 June 2025 positively for the smooth functioning of Convocation-related activities.

Below are the steps/guidelines for submission of student details online-

STEP 1- Visit the official website of MUHS.

STEP 2- Click "Degree/Convocation" → "Student Marathi Names and Photo Uploading".

STEP 3- Enter the Dean/Principal/College's registered Mobile number.

STEP 4- Enter the Captcha answer in the text box, and click the "Login" button.

STEP 5- Enter the OTP received and click the "Verify OTP" button.

STEP 6- After successful login, click "Menu" → "Convocation" → "Student Name/Photo".

STEP 7- Select the Course/Degree name and click on the "Go" button, then students' details will appear one by one by clicking the page/number.

Meanwhile, if any discrepancy is observed in the name of the student, inform the same to the respective Exam Faculty Incharge on the contact details given at the end of this circular. However, in case of unavailability of the Photograph of any student at college, colleges are requested to get it from the concerned student by email or any other electronic mode for uploading.

Enter Student's Marathi Name in Devnagari Unicode script-

1 To convert English into Unicode Marathi, a link to the Marathi Script Input Tool is provided in the system.

2 Type the name of the student in English with the same sequence as displayed on screen. The Input Tool will convert automatically into Devnagari Marathi Script. A list of names will appear. Double-click on the correct option.

3 Copy and paste the Devnagari Marathi name in the "Student Name (Marathi)" box.

4 If an Internship applies to the course of a student, then specify the internship completion dates. Please note that the students who have completed the internship before the date of convocation are eligible to receive the degree in the proposed convocation.

5 Enter Aadhar attached Student Mobile Number and Aadhar Number (Mandatory).

6 Select Student Photo for uploading, then click the "Save" button to submit/upload details.

7 Click the next student number to view and update the next student's details.

8 Follow above Step-g(i) to Step-g(vi) for every student.
