RGUHS Releases Fee Payment Schedule For Post Doctorate Fellowship Programme, Certificate Courses Exams September 2022
Karnataka: Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has released the fee payment schedule for conduct of Post Doctorate Fellowship Programme, 86 Certificate Courses examination during September-2022.
The university theory examinations of the Post Doctorate Fellowship Program/Certificate Courses of all faculties will be held on 13th September 2022 and 14th September 2022. The practical examination will tentatively held on 17th September 2022.
The following fee payment schedule will be followed –
Payment of Examination fee by the student to the concerned college –
1. Date of Issue of Application forms to the Colleges - 1st August 2022
2. Last date without fine - 1st August 2022 to 19th August 2022
3. Last date with fine of Rs.250 - 20th August 2022to 29th August 2022
Payment of Examination fee of the student to the University by the concerned college –
1. Last date without fine - 20th August 2022
2. Last date with a fine of Rs.250 - 30th August 2022
The last date for submission of filled application forms along with a copy of the Online Payment Successful printout and list of fees paid students by the college to the University - 2nd September 2022
The candidates will have to pay the following fee –
1. Examination Application Form – Rs 200
2. Post Doctorate Fellowship / Certificate Courses Per Paper – Rs 4000
3. Fellowship Program Courses, Convocation Fee – Rs 6000
4. Certificate Courses Convocation Fee – Rs 3000
5. Provisional Degree Certificate – Rs 750
Students are required to pay the PDC and convocation fee along with the examination fees. The failed students [repeaters' need not pay the PDC and convocation fees as the students have paid them in the earlier examinations. If there is any revision in the fee structure in respect of PDC and convocation fee, then the students should pay the difference. The fee, once paid, cannot be refunded or readjusted under any circumstances.
Change of examination centre is not permitted. Students applying for Convocation Degree Certificate are instructed to submit the prescribed application form along with a passport-size photo as prescribed. The specification of the photo is enclosed in the notice below.
Both the candidates and the Principal should sign filled application forms in the required places, and photo-generated in application forms should be attested by the Principal. The same shall reach the Registrar [Evaluation] on or before the specified dates, by insured post or authorized person.
The Principal should verify all the filled application forms, eligibility of students and submit to the Registrar (Evaluation) on or before the specified dates . The Principal will be held solely responsible if in-eligible candidates are permitted to write examination.
The Principals of colleges will have to make fee payment through online gateway in the college login portal only after the fee is collected from every candidate. The colleges will have to send the financial statement showing the details of name of the candidates, register numbers, subject appearing and fees paid receipt along with the online transaction ID/reference number.
