MP Medical Council FMG Clinical Clerkship, Internship Counseling postponed, New Dates Soon

Madhya Pradesh- The Madhya Pradesh Director of Medical Education (MPDME) has postponed the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council MPMC - FMG Clinical Clerkship / Internship Seat Allotment Counseling (December 2024).
This has been informed through an official notice that the schedule for the MP Medical Council MPMC - FMG Clinical Clerkship / Internship Seat Allotment Counseling (December 2024) is postponed till further orders due to unavoidable reasons.
However, as per the schedule, the MP Medical Council for MPMC - FMG Clinical Clerkship / Internship Seat Allotment Counseling (December 2024) was scheduled to commence on 05 March 2025 and was scheduled to end on 31 March 2025.
According to earlier notices, applications will be considered on a pro-rata basis, subject to the availability of seats in medical colleges across Madhya Pradesh. Foreign Medical Graduates who have passed the Screening Test have to submit an online application to the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council. The application must be completed in all respects as well as accompanying documents stated in the application form should be uploaded.
Along with this, MPDME has also released the rules & Guidelines for the Internship seat allotment of Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs). The allotment of internship seats to the FMGs has been issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
As per the guidelines, every candidate has to select all Colleges/ Institutes according to their choice in the choice-filling section. If any candidate has selected a few or limited colleges/ institutes and does not get seat allotment in those colleges/ institutes by his/ her merit, then in any circumstances he/ she will not be allotted an internship in this session. Therefore, every candidate is hereby specially informed to select all colleges/ institutes according to his/ her choice.
ALLOTMENT PROCESS
1 The seats will be allotted to candidates whose names appear in the merit list published by the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.
2 As per the NMC's circular, the allotment starts on "Group A permitted college" and then "Group B recognized college".
3 Allotment of seats shall be made on the basis of merit cum choice filled by the candidate and availability of seats.
Meanwhile, FMGE-qualified candidates from previous sessions i.e. June 2023, December 2023, June 2024, and earlier who have not secured admission in the June 2024 or any prior counselling sessions are eligible to participate in the December 2024 counselling session. However, admitted candidates from previous sessions will not be allowed to participate in the current session.
