NBE declares FMGE June 2026 results, scorecards available from July 16

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2026 result. The result of FMGE June 2026, including the marks obtained by the candidates, has been declared and can be seen on the NBEMS official website.
The examination was conducted across the country on June 28, 2026, and candidates can now access their results, including marks obtained, through the official NBEMS website.
The result is a digitally signed PDF file and is authentic only with a valid signature of the NBEMS officer. The Notice Board copy shall remain available on the NBEMS website till declaration of the result of the next session of FMGE.
In the official notice issued by the NBE in this regard, the NBEMS announced that individual scorecards will be available for download on or after July 16, 2026. However, the scorecards will remain available for download only for six months from the date of issuance.
The Board advised candidates to preserve their scorecards for future reference, clarifying that requests for scorecards after the six-month period will not be entertained.
However, requests to provide scorecards after expiry of this window shall be summarily rejected as scorecards will not be hosted on the NBEMS website any further beyond the window of 6 months from the date of issuance. Candidates are, accordingly, advised to preserve the scorecard for any future reference, the notice stated.
All State Medical Councils (SMCs) are hereby apprised that the digitally signed result in PDF format (Notice Board Copy) published herewith is only for the purpose of notification of result to concerned candidates. All SMCs will be shared with a Digitally Signed Result in MS Excel format directly by NBEMS for the purpose of verification of FMGE Pass Certificates, presented by qualified candidates for seeking registration.
All State Medical Councils are required to preserve the digitally signed result for any future verification purposes at their end and requests for verification of the result of individual candidates by NBEMS shall not be entertained.
Meanwhile, the score card of FMGE June 2026 issued by NBEMS on its website cannot be presented before a State Medical Council for the purpose of seeking registration in lieu of the FMGE Pass certificate that is issued by NBEMS after “in-person” credential & identity verification.
The Board has also informed that the results of 20 candidates have been withheld, with the reasons being communicated individually to the concerned candidates via email.
According to the notice, each and every question asked in the question paper of FMGE June 2026 was reviewed by faculty members from the concerned speciality area after the conduct of FMGE June 2026 to re-check for technical correctness of the questions as well as answer keys.
For question(s) which were found to be technically incorrect, marks have been given to all candidates who have appeared in the examination. For question(s) having two correct answers, marks have been given to those candidates who have chosen either of the correct answers.
Candidates declared qualified in FMGE June 2026 are hereby apprised that FMGE Pass Certificates shall be distributed “In-Person” after identity and credential verification, schedule for which shall be notified separately on the NBEMS website. The result for FMGE June 2026 declared herewith is subject to “in-person” verification of identity and credentials.
Candidature is purely provisional subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as mentioned in the FMGE June 2026 Information Bulletin. If ineligibility is detected at any stage of FMGE, the candidature shall be cancelled even if the result has been declared and/or the Pass Certificate has been issued.
Use of unfair means, if detected at any stage of FMGE, shall be attended to as per the NBEMS Unfair Means Guidelines and/or applicable criminal provisions.
