NBE extends deadline for Documents Submission For employment before joining NBE courses by 2023 admission session trainees

New Delhi- The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) through a notice, has extended the deadline for submitting details regarding employment before joining NBEMS courses by the trainees of the 2023 admission session.
As per the notice dated 21.08.2024, trainees who have completed their self-appraisal and are provisionally registered with NBEMS, are required to update & declare their last employment details through the link available in Trainee Login at OPJR, if they were employed in any Government Institution or organization before the joining of NBEMS course.
Along with this, trainees are also required to update the said information by selecting “No” in the said last employment declaration form, if they were not employed in any Government Institution or organization before the joining of NBEMS course. The deadline for All the provisionally registered trainees of the 2023 admission session to provide this information & upload the required documents, was 15th September.
However, in its recent notice, the NBE mentioned. "it has been noted that some of the trainees of NBEMS have not submitted their last employment details (before joining NBEMS course) as well as the hospital did not verify/authentic the same."
"All such the trainees who have not submitted their last employment details, are hereby given a final opportunity to submit the last employment details latest by 30.09.2024, failing which appropriate action shall be taken against the such trainee," the NBE warned.
"After submission of the aforesaid information by the trainee, the concerned trainee’s hospital/institute is also required to authenticate and verify the same through the link available in Hospital Login at OPJR latest by 30.09.2024," the notice issued by the NBE added.
