New Delhi- The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will soon issue the FMGE Pass (Screening Test) December 2024 certificate to the candidates declared passed in FMGE held on 12th January 2025.
As per the official notice in this regard, the FMGE Pass (Screening Test) December 2024 pass certificates will be issued from 24th February to 23rd May 2025 at the NBEMS office. It will be issued in person only to those candidates who have been declared qualified in the FMGE December 2024 session. Therefore, qualified and eligible candidates are required to be present on the date for collection of their Pass certificate. They are also advised to report to the NBEMS office strictly as per the assigned time slot to avoid crowding.
Meanwhile, the candidates should bring all the documents in original and the printout of the “Entry Slip” to seek entry at the NBEMS office. The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on the production of prescribed documents in original and on verification of identity, including biometrics/Face ID. Additionally, the Pass Certificates will not be issued to any authorized representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances.
The self-declaration included in the Entry Slip must be thoroughly read, understood and filled in by the candidate in advance before coming to collect the FMGE Pass Certificate. However, the pass certificate shall not be released unless the self-declaration is submitted.
Moreover, candidates who fail to collect their certificates on assigned schedules due to some exigencies are informed that they should not turn up for collection on any other day of their choice. Such candidates shall be required to seek prior approval of NBEMS for a revised schedule of collection of the Pass certificate by sending a request at the Communication Web Portal (CWP) of NBEMS. Such requests should be sent after 23 May 2025 as they shall be attended to after the completion of the event.
With this, all such candidates who are declared qualified in FMGE December 2024 and fail to collect their FMGE Pass Certificates as per the assigned schedule of distribution of Pass Certificates shall be able to collect the same within 6 months of the declaration of result i.e. on/before 18 July 2025, failing which their candidature & result for FMGE December 2024 would be deemed as cancelled and no further opportunity to collect the Pass Certificate shall be given.
Candidates are advised to make their return journey travel arrangements, considering any unforeseen issues in verification of identity, documentation and issue of pass certificate
