New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed about the correction in the seat surrender receipt pertaining to NEET PG Counselling 2020 which is currently ongoing by the authority.
The Resignation/Seat Surrender module for Round-1 is in progress and will end on 4th May 2020. The seat Surrender Receipt shows the following statement in the Candidate Agreement:
"The above-mentioned seat allotment is surrendered because of candidate request. The candidate is not eligible for further rounds of seat allotment/ counselling".
Now, as per the corrigendum issued by the MCC recently, the above statement should be read as under:
"The above-mentioned seat allotment is surrendered because of candidate request. Eligibility of the candidate for participating in further rounds of counselling will be as per the scheme of counselling uploaded on MCC website".
The same will be corrected in Seat Surrender Receipt, the MCC stated.
