NMC ratifies Modified Schedule of NEET Counselling, details
New Delhi : Through a recent notice, NMC (National Medical Commission) has ratified to the Modified Schedule of NEET-UG Counselling for the academic year 2022 for All India Quota and State Quota
All concerned are hereby informed of the modified counselling schedule for NEET-UG for the academic year 2022 being conducted by MCC of DGHS for the All India Quota and by the state UG Counselling authorities for the State Quota.
All state counselling authorities are requested to take note of the schedule for taking necessary action for smooth conduct of counselling.
The Schedule of NEET-UG counselling for the academic year 2022 to be conducted by MCC of DGHS and the State UG Counselling to be conducted by respective state counselling authorities as approved by the competent authority were earlier sent to the NMC and were published on the website by NMC. However, some modifications have been made in the schedule which has been approved by the competent authority i.e 23.11.2022 since the counselling was delayed due to Writ petition no. 28373 of 2022 Yuvashree R.Vs. The Director NEET in the High Court of Judicature at Madras.
In view of the above a modified AIQ & State schedule of UG Counselling 2022 was released by the MCC and now the NMC has issued a ratification on the same.
