NMC ratifies NEET UG, NEET PG Counselling Schedules, details
Delhi: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has ratified this year's NEET UG and NEET PG counselling schedules on its official website.
NMC stated that the schedule of NEET PG counseling for the academic year 2023 is to be conducted by the MCC of DGHS, the State PG Counselling is to be conducted by respective state counseling authorities, and the PG information bulletin/scheme approved by the competent quota authority was sent to the NMC board.
The Medical Dialogues team earlier reported about the counseling schedules for both NEET UG and NEET PG released by MCC.
The NEET PG schedule has been released for All India Quota (15%)/ Deemed/Central Universities/ All AIIMS Institutes/ JIPMER (Puducherry & Karaikal) for NEET UG and 50% AIQ and 100% DEEMED/CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES/AFMS.for NEET PG. There are a total of 4 rounds of the counseling process. i.e. round 1, round 2, round 3, and stray vacancy round.
According to the NEET UG Counselling schedule, seat allotment will take place from July 27 to 28, 2023 and the results will be released on July 29, 2023. Candidates who are assigned seats and choose to accept them must upload documentation to the MCC portal by July 30. The designated medical/dental college will be reported to and joined from July 31 to August 4.
