AIIMS MSc Nursing Entrance Exam Results Out For August 2023 Session
Delhi: The result for the MSc Nursing courses entrance examination for the August 2023 session is out. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the result for AIIMS New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh, and Kalyani.
All candidates can view/ download their marks from www.aiimsexams.ac.in with their login credentials. The detailed result is enclosed in the notice below.
The entrance exam was held on 27.05-2023. The seat allocation will be done in an online mode. Schedule for choice filling, rules & procedures of online seat allocation will be published in due course of time.
The Inter se merit between candidates obtaining equal marks (tie cases) has been resolved as mentioned in the Prospectus, which is as under –
1. Candidate obtaining less negative marks in the entrance examination.
2. Candidate older in age to be preferred.
The candidature of the above candidates in their respective categories is subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus, verification of the documents/information furnished in their application forms, and the verification of original certificates/documents.
The following documents must be uploaded from 10.06.2023 to 13.06.2023 up to 05:00 PM on the AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.ac.in by login candidate credentials. All uploaded certificates will be verified before the online seat allocation based on the certificate uploaded on the website. No correspondence will be entertained in any mode after the closing date (13.06.2023 up to 05:00 PM), and candidates who do not upload their documents will not be allowed to participate in online seat allocation.
The documents to be uploaded –
1. Birth certificate or High School Certificate showing date of birth
2. Proof of belonging to a reserved category such as Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC/EWS Certificate/PWBD.
3. Degree/ Provisional certificate/Passing Proof of having passed the qualifying examination up to 31st July 2023
4. In case the result is not declared, the bonafide certificate is issued by the college (As per the enclosed format).
5. Self undertakings - Distant Leaning OR Regular course, Tenure completion date including Internship
6. Mark sheets of the qualifying examination with 60% marks for Gen/OBC/EWS candidates (55% marks in case of SC/ST candidates)
7. Registration Certificate for Nursing candidates only
8. Migration Certificate
Note –
1. OBC certificate issued between 25.06.2022 to 24.06.2023 (Both dates inclusive) will be treated as valid.
2. EWS certificate issued between 01.04.2023 to 24.06.2023 (Both dates inclusive) will be treated as valid for the financial year 2023-2024 and Assessment year2022-2023.
3. Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board. (for PWBD candidates only).
The verification of all documents /certificates shall be done before the allotment of subjects in the first round of online Seat Allocation based on the certificate to be uploaded from 10.06.2023 to 13.06.2023(up to 05.00 PM) on the AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.ac.inby login their credentials. No correspondence will be entertained in any mode after the closing date.
OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate should be valid for Central Government jobs/Central Govt. Institutions only; otherwise, a claim for OBC (NCL)/EWS reservation will not be considered. However, issuing date of the OBC (NCL)/EWS Certificate should be as follows –
1. OBC (NCL) - 25.06.2022 to 24.06.2023(Both Dates inclusive)
2. EWS - 01.04.2023 to 24.06.2023(Both Dates inclusive)
Those candidates, who are found not eligible for OBC(NCL)/EWS seat based on verification of respective certificates, shall be treated as UR if their rank is within the cutoff rank for UR Merit List or will not be considered to be in this list if rank is beyond the cutoff rank for UR Merit List.
All certificates, including claims for constitutional reservation, will be subjected to verification. Candidature can be canceled at any stage further if any of the documents are found to be invalid.
In the list of AIIMS, New Delhi in-service candidate includes only those candidates who have filled out AIIMS New Delhi (in service) during registration. Candidature of AIIMS New Delhi in-service candidates is subject to further verification of employment in AIIMS New Delhi.
The result is provisional and subject to verification of data & records.
