BSc Nursing Admissions 2021: Maha CET Cell releases Schedule for Institutional Level Round, Details

Maharashtra: Through a written notice, the Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released Schedule for Institutional Level Round for B.Sc. Nursing Courses in Government/Private Unaided/Minority Institution in State of Maharashtra for Academic Year 2021-22.

Indian Nursing Council has declared 31/03/2022 as Cut-off date for admission to B.Sc. Nursing course. Hence Schedule for Institutional Level Round for State Quota Seats at Colleges with B.Sc. Nursing Course for Academic Year 2021-22.

Schedule for Institutional Level Round of all BSc Nursing Colleges.

Publication of General Merit List and Quota Wise Merit list, Selection List and Wait List separately at notice board and the web site of respective Colleges.

30/03/2022 at 04.00 pm

4.

Joining period of selected candidates as per Selection List dated 30/03/2022 With All Original Documents and requisite fees.

30/03/2022 05.00 pm to 31/03/2022 upto 05.00 pm

5.

Publication of vacancy at notice board and the web site of respective Colleges.

31/03/2022 at 06.00 pm

6.

Reporting of eligible candidates with Original Documents and Requisite Fees to college for Residual Vacancy.

31/03/2022 upto 06.30 pm

7.

Filling of Residual Vacancy from reported eligible candidates from list published on the website on the basis of merit.

31/03/2022 07.00 pm onwards

8.

Reporting of admitted candidates in College Feedback Module

31/03/2022 upto 11.59 pm

9.

Cut-off date of admission for B.Sc.Nursing Course as per Indian Nursing Council.

The above schedule may change if cut-off date is extended by Concerned Council/ Hon'ble Court/ State Government before the start of any activity in the said table.

Important Instruction :

1) The Candidate appeared for NEET-UG-2021 and registered with State CET Cell is ELIGIBLE.

2) The eligibility of PCB Marks in HSC as per the Information Brochure must be verified by the Admitting College.

3) For Institute level round eligible and interested candidates should approach to the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within prescribed time and submit application for State Quota in person or any person. (One form per person only) Such type of applications should not be submitted in the State CET Cell in person or email. Such type of applications submitted in State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any institutional level admission process.

4) For Vacant State Quota (85%) Seats : Please refer rule no 10.11.1. For admission of vacant constitutional reserve seats please refer rule no 9.4.1. of information brochure NEET-UG-2021.

5) At the time of admission during institutional round a candidate should submit all his original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during prescribed time limit.

6) If a candidate is not able to submit DD due to Bank Holiday, he /she may pay the fees by Cheque and replace the same on next Bank working day.

7) It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all his original documents and requisite fees at the time of admission.

8) The admission process should be completed before Cut-off date prescribed for each course that is declared by respective Central Council and Competent Authority from time to time.

9) All the admissions are subject to approval of Admissions Regulating Authority after Cut-off date. The College should upload the information about admitted candidate in College Feedback Module of State CET Cell.
