DME Chhattisgarh releases 1st Allotment List For Post Basic BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing candidates
Chhattisgarh: The Director of Medical Education (DME Chhattisgarh) has released the 1st allotment list for Post Basic BSc Nursing and MSc Nursing admissions.
As per the notice, the allotment list has been released both for government and private colleges. For the admission and scrutiny process, Chhattisgarh Nursing Syllabus Entry Rule 2019 (rule 9) should be followed by the Nursing Colleges.
The candidates whose names there on the allotment list should go through the Chhattisgarh Nursing Syllabus Entry Rule 2019 (rule 9) to have a clear understanding of the admission and scrutiny process. The candidates note after the allotment process if the proper process is not followed they will not be eligible for admission.
The candidates who are willing to participate in the 2nd round of counselling will have to undergo the process of scrutiny. They will have to be found eligible after the process of scrutiny. It is compulsory for them to undergo scrutiny and take admission to Government Nursing College.
The candidates who are found eligible after scrutiny takes admission in the allotted college can apply for upgradation. Those who will apply for upgradation will only be able to participate in the 2nd round of counselling. They can apply for upgradation once the admission process is over and computer entry has been done by the college. The upgradation can be carried out 24 hours after the last date of admission.
The schedule for scrutiny and admission –
1. Scrutiny – 22nd August 2022 – 26th August 2022 (10:00 am to 5:30 pm)
2. Admission - 22nd August 2022 – 27th August 2022 (10:00 am to 5:30 pm)
Both the process of scrutiny and admission will happen at the allotted college mentioned in the allotment letter. The scrutiny receipt and the admission receipt can be issued till 11.59 pm on the last date of scrutiny and admission process. Once the admission process is over the college will issue an admission receipt. The candidates should take a copy of the receipt or else their admission will not be considered valid.
