DME Tripura Begins Online Application Process For ANM, GNM Training Courses At Govt Institutes, details
Tripura: The Director of Medical Education (DME) to begin the online application process for admission in the ANM & GNM (Male & Female) Training courses for the academic session 2023-24 in Government ANM & GNM Training Institutes.
The registration with online application format submission with registration fees started from 22.6.2023. The last date to apply will be 12.7.2023. The candidates need to apply at https://dme.tripura.gov.in/. The date and time of the interview will be published later. The interview will be held in Viva mode. The candidate will have to bring all relevant documents in original.
Registration fees (non-refundable) of Rs.250 for UR and Rs. 200 for SC/ST candidate payment will have to be paid online.
The following documents must be uploaded during registration –
1. HS+2 Stage or equivalent examinations pass Mark sheet/ Certificate (For GNM:- Minimum 40% marks HS+2 stage pass. For ANM:-only HS+2 Stage passed Mark-sheet)
2. Admit card for Madhyamik Examination.
3. Cast Certificate. (If applicable)
4. One passport-size colour photo with the signature of the applicant in the application format.
5. If any disability Certificate of locomotors of 40% to 50% of any candidate must be uploaded.
6. WESM Certificate (Ward of EX-Service Men)
7. ANM passed mark-sheet if any, for the GNM course
Eligibility Criteria –
1. Permanent Resident Tripura Certificate (PRTC)
2. GNM-Male and Female. Age 17 years to 35 years as of 31/12/2023. Educational Qualification HS+2 Stage or equivalent examinations passed. Minimum marks of 40% for general candidates and 35% for ST/SC candidates to be obtained
3. Those who have passed ANM Course may be applied
4. ANM Course only for Females, Aged 17 to 35 years as of 31/12/2023. Educational Qualification HS+2 Stage or equivalent examinations passed
The interview will be conducted in 4 places throughout of State –
1. Agartala
2. Udaipur
3. Ambassa
4. Dharmanagar
Seats –
205 seats are allotted for admission in the ANM & GNM (Male & Female) Training courses.

Reservation –
The Reservation Policy Act;1991 will be maintained per the Government of Tripura For GNM (Female) course UR-21 Nos., ST-12 Nos. SC-07 Nos. Seats. For GNM (Male) course UR-26 Nos., ST-15 Nos., SC-09 Nos. Seats and ANM (Female) course UR-60 Nos. ST-36 Nos. SC-19 Nos. 2% reserved for WESM and 5% for disability candidates.
