Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Notifies on Web Options For MSc Nursing Mop-Up Round

Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Notifies on Web Options For MSc Nursing Mop-Up Round

Andhra Pradesh: Dr YSR University of Health Sciences has issued a notification exercising web options for a mop-up round of web-based counseling for admission into MSc Nursing courses for the academic year 2023-24.

As per the notice, the candidates can exercise the web options up to 6.00 PM on 23.01.2024. The link to the website is mentioned in the notice below.

The process of admission into the said courses will be in accordance with the orders issued by Govt. of A.P. as follows –

MSc Nursing –

1. G.O.Ms.No.338, HM & FW (K2) Dept., dt.16.09.2008

2. G.O.Ms. No.33, HM & FW (C2) Dept., dt.18.02.2020, and other Govt. orders as applicable to PG Medical and Dental courses

University Fee –

All the selected candidates shall pay a Rs.12,900/- fee at the time of downloading the allotment order online by Debit card/Credit Card or Net Banking. University fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition fee –

Govt. Colleges: As fixed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh

Private Colleges: The following is the Tuition fee structure to be payable for the Competent Authority Quota seats in Private Unaided Non-Minority Nursing & Physiotherapy Colleges

All the eligible candidates who are present in the Merit list notified on the website on 15.12.2023 & its corrigendum dt.16.12.2023 and who are not covered under the point below are only eligible to exercise their options for the vacant seat and as per the seat matrix displayed on the website. Vacancy position is displayed on the University website for the information of the students to exercise their options.

The candidates who were allotted seats in Phase-I & Phase-II/Final counseling are not eligible to participate in this mop-up round counseling. Fresh options will be obtained from all the eligible candidates. Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the printout of the saved options.

Candidates will receive the allotment order after the allotment of the seat if the seat is allotted. The candidates also need to visit the website mentioned in the notice below for allotment results.

The candidates who get allotment in this mop-up round counseling should join compulsorily in the allotted college. Candidates can download the provisional allotment order upon payment of the university fee through the payment gateway. The students can log in and view the college-wise list of selected candidates on the website.

Candidates are informed to check their final allotment, take printouts of allotment letter from the web and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates, and pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will lose the admission.

The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission to the respective college, and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled. The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

If any candidate wishes to discontinue their course after the closure of the admission (or) during the course of the period should pay an amount of Rs. 25000/-+4500/- @18% GST (Rupees Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred only) in the form of DD drawn in favor of the Registrar, Dr.YSR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada.
