Haryana Round 1 Nursing admissions registration window to close soon, choice filling from October 25th, check schedule

Rohtak: The Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR) Rohtak, has released the Round-1 counselling schedule for admission to Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), and Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) (MPHW) courses for the academic session 2025-26.

The counselling will cover both government and private nursing institutions across Haryana, with registrations open till October 23, 2025, on the official web portal

As per the notice, the merit list will be released on October 24, followed by choice filling from October 25 to 26 and seat allotment on October 27. Candidates must complete document verification and fee payment by October 29, 2025. The University has directed that admissions will be valid only for institutes recognized by INC/State Government/HN&NMC, and any private institute admitting students outside the prescribed procedure will face cancellation of such admissions. Additionally, fees once paid are non-refundable, and reservation benefits will apply as per the State policy.

It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission to ANM, GNM & MPHW(M) courses in Government and Private Institutions located in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2025-26, the tentative schedule for ROUND-1 counseling is as under:

Note:-

1. The candidates will have to deposit the fee in the shape of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the allotted Institute directly.

2. Final number of seats under each category shall be displayed on the admission web portal https://nursing.online- counselling.co. in before the start of counseling. The candidates should regularly visit this website for updates.

3. Reservation and relaxation in age etc. shall be provided to the candidates as per State Reservation Policy.

4. Any candidate who fails to deposit original documents and the requisite fees to the Institute as per the time prescribed in the schedule will not be considered and his/her claim to admission will be forfeited.

5. Admission/registration fees shall be deposited by the candidate only through Net Banking/UPI and fees once deposited by way of any mode shall be Non-Refundable.

6. Admission shall be made to only those institutes which are recognized and approved for admission from INC/State Government/HN&NMC.

7. The institutes will have to mandatorily admit the candidates online on the admission web portal who have been allocated seats by the Council after document verification, failing which the candidature of the candidate will not be considered. The Institutes should ensure to complete the online process timely and NO REQUEST regarding technical glitches/oversightedness on online system will be entertained and concerned Institutes shall be solely responsible for the same.

8. Candidate should ensure to register on the admission web portal themselves only and fill all details like Name, Father/Mother Name, DOB, Category, Educational Qualification, Subject, Percentile, Address, Mobile No. and e-mail Id etc. carefully. No claim shall be entertained on this ground subsequently.

9. If any institute fails to declare the vacancy position as per the specified date, such seats shall be considered filled and allotment to such seats shall not be made.

10. Under No circumstances, admission shall be done after the last date of admission as notified.

11. Admissions shall be made strictly as per provisions contained in Notification dated 08.08.2025. In case of any lapse/fault on part of institution or candidate, the University/Council will not be responsible for the same and no claim shall be entertained later on.

12. Any order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court/Punjab and Haryana High Court/other Courts/ amendments by the State Government/Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare shall be applicable.

Any admission made by any private institute in the state at its own level other than the procedure prescribed shall not be valid and such admissions shall be considered as null and void.
