JIPMER Announces Counseling Schedule, Vacant Seats Available, Rank List For BSc Nursing, Allied Health Sciences
Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) has announced the counseling schedule, vacant seats available, and rank list for BSc Nursing & Allied Health Sciences courses.
Per the notice, the counseling will be conducted on 7.2.2023 for BSc Nursing & Allied Health Sciences courses. 181 seats are available for the counseling process. The counseling process will be conducted offline (in person) at JIPMER Academic Center (JAC), JIPMER, Puducherry (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9J7rebdi1CCmo7mz9).
The candidates will have to bring the following original documents during the counseling process –
1. Valid Photo Identity proof
2. Admit Card of NEET (UG) 2022 Exam issued by NTA
3. Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA
4. A printout of the JIPMER BSc Courses Application form 2022
5. Proof of Date of Birth (X Std. Certificate or Birth Certificate)
6. Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination (XII Pass certificate)
7. Statement of marks of the qualifying examination (XII Mark sheet)
8. Character and Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied
9. Residence Certificate issued by Revenue Authority, not below the rank of Tahsildar or Aadhaar card
10. For candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes-NCL/ Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe: Community Certificate obtained from the competent authority. OBC- NCL Certificate should have been obtained on or after 01.01.2022
11. For Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) candidates: required Income & Asset Certificate. INCOME & ASSET Certificate should have been obtained on or after 01.01.2022
12. Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied or Migration Certificate
13. For candidates applying under the Puducherry UT quota, Residence Certificate / Employer Certificate
14. For PwD candidates: Medical Certificate from the authorized centers as listed in the NTA NEET 2022 Information Bulletin
15. COVID-19 Vaccination certificate
16. Student Verification Form printout: All the eligible candidates (mentioned in Annexure I) should fill out the student verification form (without any errors) by clicking the link given below and successfully submitting it on or before 03.02.2023: https://www.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/827/68596/application.html
17. All applicable fields should be filled. A hard copy of the filled-in form should be produced on the day of counseling
18. 6 numbers of Passport size color photographs (Colour) - Recently taken
19. Three Sets of Photocopies of the above certificates
If the certificates are in a language other than English, an English translation of the Certificate attested by a Gazetted Officer should be produced. Candidates should save the soft copies and enough hard photocopies of the documents above for future reference. Certificates, once submitted after admission, will not be given for photocopying.
The candidates note that only they will be allowed inside the counseling venue. A separate waiting area with limited capacity is arranged for parents and accompanying persons at the Community hall, JIPMER.
The Provisional list of candidates registered online with incorrect/ insufficient information is mentioned in Annexure II. Candidates mentioned in Annexure – II are allowed to participate in the counseling only if they submit the necessary original documents as per their claim on the day of counseling. The list of ineligible registrations for the counseling to BSc courses is mentioned in Annexure III. They are not allowed to participate in the counseling and are therefore advised not to report for counseling. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
The overall provisional rank list has also been released. The list consists of App Seq. No, Applicant Name, Gender, DOB, JIPMER Rank, JIPMER Category Rank, Male Rank, and NEET AIR Rank. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
