KNRUHS Begins Web Options for Mop-Up Phase of Nursing admissions, Details
Telangana- Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released a notification regarding the exercise of web options for the mop-up phase for B.Sc Nursing 4-year and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2-year degree courses under the Competent Authority quota for the academic year 2024-25.
Through the notification, KNRUHS has been notified about the conduct of the Mop-up phase of web-based counselling under the Competent Authority Quota for vacant seats in the B.Sc. (Nursing) 4 YDC course and P.B. BSc (Nursing) 2YDC course for 2024-25 in affiliated Government and Private Nursing Colleges after the 2nd phase of counselling.
As per the notification, candidates whose certificates were uploaded at the time of online registration and provisionally verified by the staff of concerned departments and whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list for B.Sc. (Nursing) 4YDC course and P.B. B.Sc. (Nursing) 2YDC course 2024-25 on the KNRUHS official website are eligible to exercise web - options online from a computer with internet connection.
Therefore, all the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options for admission into B.Sc (Nursing) 4YDC course and P.B. B. Sc (Nursing) 4YDC course from today i.e. 14th November 2024 from 10.00 AM to 16th November 2024 upto 3.00 PM.
Meanwhile, it is to be noted that candidates who do not join after allotment or discontinue joining after joining in the second phase of counselling shall not be permitted to exercise web options for the Mop-up phase.
UNIVERSITY FEES
Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 6000/- through a payment gateway by using an online payment method such as a Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fees in the first phase need not pay again. However, The University Fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Meanwhile, tuition fees have to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses.
Along with this, candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues from the course.
Furthermore, candidates are informed that they have to exercise options to the colleges in which they are interested to join. In case the candidate does not join the college after allotment, the admission will be cancelled automatically. Candidates are also advised to exercise web options for vacant seats in all colleges in which they are interested in joining irrespective of available vacant seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during the counselling process due to the sliding of candidates from allotted seats in previous phases of counselling to other seats as per their web options in the Mop Up phase of counselling.
If a seat is allotted in this phase of counselling as per web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counselling, the seat allotted in previous phases of counselling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore, candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.
Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.
If the candidate slides to other colleges during the Mop-up phase of counselling in colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, the candidates have to get relieved from the previous phase join the college, collect original certificates, collect fees and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date of joining
