KNRUHS Notifies On First Phase of Web-Based Counselling for Nursing Courses 2024, Details
Telangana- Through a notification, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notified regarding the conduct of the first phase of web-based counselling for Competent Authority Quota seats in B.Sc. (Nursing) 4YDC course for 2024-25 in affiliated Government, Private Nursing Colleges. Also, the conduct of the first phase of web-based counselling for Competent Authority Quota seats in P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing) 2 YDC, course including PWD category for 2024-25 in affiliated Government, Private Nursing Colleges.
As per the notification, candidates whose certificates were uploaded at the time of online registration and provisionally verified by the staff of concerned departments and whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list course-wise for 2024-25 on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web options online from a computer with an internet connection.
Therefore, all the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list including PWD candidates on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options for admission into B.Sc (Nursing) 4YDC course P.B.B.Sc (Nursing) 2 YDC course till tomorrow i.e. 29th October 2024 upto 4.00 PM.
FEES
Allotted Candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs. 6000/- payment gateway by using an online payment method such as Debit Card, Credit Card and Internet Banking and download the allotment letter. However, the University Fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Meanwhile, the tuition fees are to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1 The details of the seat matrix for all the courses are placed on the official website of KNRUHS. If any Nursing colleges are issued affiliation at a later date by the University, those seats will be included in the next phase of counselling.
2 Candidates can exercise web options to all courses and colleges to which they are eligible if included in the merit list for that course.
3 Candidates are informed that they have to exercise options to the course and colleges in which they are interested to join. In case the candidate does not join the course/ college after allotment he/she will not be allowed to exercise web-options in subsequent counseling.
4 One-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web options after saving Options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z.
5 Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.
6 Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat if allotted. Candidates are also informed to login to check their allotment status after each phase of counselling.
7 The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method. Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of their respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
8 Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.
9 Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations.
10 Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues from the course.
