KNRUHS Notifies on Web Options For Mop-Up Phase Of Counseling For BSc Nursing, Post Basic BSc Nursing admissions, details
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued notification for exercising web options for the mop-up phase of counseling for admissions into BSc Nursing 4YDC & PBBSc (N) 2YDC courses for 2023-24.
All the eligible candidates can exercise web options for admission into BSc (Nursing) 4YDC, PBBSc (Nursing) 2YDC courses up to 2.00 P.M. on 05-11-2023 through the website mentioned in the notice below.
Candidates who were allotted seats in the second phase of counseling and who did not join the course/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise web options.
There is no limit to the no. of web options. Candidates have to exercise options for the courses and colleges in which they are interested to join. In case the candidate does not join the course/ college after allotment, he/she will not be allowed to exercise web options in subsequent counselings.
Candidates must exercise web options for seats in all Nursing colleges in which they are interested in joining, irrespective of available vacant seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during the counseling process due to the sliding of candidates from allotted seats in previous phases of counseling to other seats as per their web options in the Mop-up phase of counseling. If candidates are not interested in joining any college, they should not exercise web options for the same.
One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web options after saving Options. The password consists of SIX letter codes with English capitals A to Z. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.
If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling as per web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted in previous phases of counseling will be automatically canceled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore, the candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.
Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are directed to log in to check their allotment status through the website mentioned in the notice below after each phase of counseling without fail.
The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using the online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of their respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be canceled automatically, and candidates will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases of counseling.
If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counseling, the Candidate has to get relieved from the previous phase, join the college, collect all original certificates and fees, and report to the allotted college for the Mop-up phase before the last date of joining.
The final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college, and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues from the course.
Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by the Government of Telangana, University regulations, Indian Nursing Council, relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court, and High Court orders.
University fee –
Allotted Candidates must pay the University fee of Rs. 6000-00 through the payment gateway by using an online payment method (Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fees in the first phase need not pay again.
Tuition Fee –
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government for Government and private colleges for respective courses.
Seats vacant –
2237 seats are vacant for BSc Nursing and PBBSc Nursing. 2114 seats are vacant for BSc Nursing and 123 seats for PBBSc Nursing. The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.
