BSc Paramedical admissions 2024: AIIMS Releases Schedule, process for Open Round Counselling

BSc Paramedical admissions 2024: AIIMS Releases Schedule, process for Open Round Counselling

New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the Schedule of open round seat allotment for B.Sc Paramedical courses for the session 2024.

The open round seat allotment for B.Sc Paramedical courses will be done in online mode.

Open Round seat Allocation for B.Sc. Paramedical courses to be held in online mode as per following schedule: -

AIIMS, New Delhi allotted Candidates

The Vacant Seat position will be uploaded on website in due course of time.

(However, number of seats may change at the time of online seat allocation) Process of Counselling:

Online seat allocation for open Round of B.Sc. Paramedical Courses session - 2024 will be held as per following process:

Step 1

1. Candidates who appeared in the Entrance Examination of B.Sc. Paramedical courses for session-2024 held on 06.07.2024, obtained the minimum qualifying marks and their roll no. is available in the result notification no. 73/2024 dated 12.07.2024 are eligible to apply online and fill choices/preference of institutes for online seat allocation for open round.

2. Candidates who have been allocated seats at any AIIMS at the time of 1st and 2nd round of allocation and currently holding the allocated seats are not eligible for open round of allocation.

3. Candidates are required to login to their candidate dashboard and click open round of seat allocation.

4. The link for the portal will be activated for eligible candidates on “MyPage” accessible by logging in using the credentials that have been used for filling Final Registration form and other processes related to AIIMS B.Sc. Paramedical Entrance Examination for session-2024.

5. On clicking the link, the eligible candidates will be directed to online B.Sc. Paramedical Seat allocation portal where the candidates will have to register for online Seat allocation and set new password. This password is only to access the online B.Sc. Paramedical seat Allocation portal.

6. Once registered, the candidate will be able to login to the online B.Sc. Paramedical courses Seat allocation portal and begin the process of making choices (AIIMS) and order the choices. The online B.Sc. Paramedical courses Seat Allocation portal will remain open for date and time mentioned above.

7. On logging in, confirm your name and candidate ID. Click on Make Choice button to proceed to exercise choices (AIIMS) & subject and their order and submit.

8. The candidates are required to deposit the amount of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) for B.Sc Paramedical courses through electronic mode as security deposit on link available at candidate MyPage. It is also advised to the candidates to make payment from their own account or Parents/relatives account because refund will be made in the same account.

9. Security deposits of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) is refundable in case of not allocation of any seat. It will only forfeited if you have been allocated seat at any AIIMS and did not join in the given date.

10. The candidate can view the choices submitted and locked by them by clicking on the View choices button after logging in the online B.Sc. Paramedical courses Seat allocation portal. Click Print button to take a printout.

Step 2

1. The candidates are required to deposit the amount of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) for B.Sc Paramedical courses through electronic fund transfer mode on link available there:

2. Documents of the candidates will be verified by the AIIMS at the time of reporting. (OBC/EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority for central Govt. Jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC candidates should not belong Creamy Layer. OBC certificate must be in the Central Govt. Format as prescribed in the prospectus.)

(Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus)

Step 3

1. Only candidates who have registered as in step 1 and deposited Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) Security deposit as in step 2 will be eligible for seat allocation in Open round.

2. On the basis of choices exercised by the candidate, the Result of Open round of seat allocation will be declared.

Step 4

1. The candidates will be mandatorily required to accept the allocated seat in open round of online seat allocation and report to deposit Original Documents and join the allotted AIIMS on dates as specified above.

2. Candidates who fail to report/join the allotted AIIMS will be liable to fill penalty of Rs. 5000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) and security deposit of these candidate will not be refunded.

Important Points:-

 The Vacant Seat position will be uploaded on website in due course of time. However, number of seats may change at the time of online seat allocation.

 The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per rank/merit of candidates in the entrance examination and rest of the terms and conditions/ eligibility as mentioned in the prospectus for Session-2024 are remains same.

 The candidates should have to register themselves online on the AIIMS website w.e.f. 18.09.2024 to 22.09.2024 for open round of Seat Allocation and deposit Rs. 5000/-(Five Thousand Rupees) security deposit as per the courses.

 The candidate who were allotted a seat will be required to produce following Original Certificates :

- Admit Card issued by AIIMS

- Open round Registration Slip

- Offer Letter

- Seat allocation letter

- Certificate from the Board showing her date of birth. (10th Passing Certificate)

- Certificate in proof of passing the 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Science or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board

- Mark-sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Intermediate Science or any equivalent examination Certificate in proof of having secured 50% or more marks (45% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

- Migration Certificate

- The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable :

SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate* (issued by the Competent Authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC/EWS certificate should be same as uploaded at the time of Open round Registration, AIIMS, New Delhi within due dates.

Note : OBC/EWS certificate* should be issued by the competent Authority for Central Govt. Jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub caste should tally with the central List of OBC. OBC Certificate must be in the Central Govt. format as prescribed in the prospectus. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer.

*The validity of OBC/EWS certificates as under:

OBC (NCL)

23.06.2023 to 06.07.2024 (Both Dates inclusive)

EWS

01.04.2024 to 06.07.2024 (Both Dates inclusive)

- Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.

- Self attested one set photocopy of above certificates.

 Those candidates who are found not eligible for OBC/EWS seat on the basis of verification of respective certificates, shall be treated as UR if their rank is within the cut-off rank for UR merit list, or will not be considered to be in this list of rank is beyond the cut-off rank for UR Merit list.

 Seat allocation for first UR seat allocation will be done and after UR seat allocation is over, EWS seat allocation will be done followed by OBC/SC/ST seat allocation.

 If any EWS seat remain vacant after seat allocation for EWS seat, all vacant seats will be transferred to UR category and will be offered to UR candidates on merit.

 If any OBC seat remain vacant after seat allocation for OBC seat, all vacant seats will be transferred to UR category and will be offered to UR candidates on merit.

 In case of SC/ST seat allocation, if any SC seats(s) remain vacant, these will be transferred to ST and vice versa. All SC/ST seats which remain vacant after such transfers will also be transferred to UR Category and will be offered to UR candidates strictly on merit.

IMPORTANT

The claim to allocated Seat by candidate is subject to mandatory reporting & joining at respective Institute by 27.09.2024 upto 5.00 PM and verification of the original documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature.
