DME Assam To Conduct 3rd Round Of Counselling For Admission To 1st Year Diploma In Paramedical Courses
Assam: The Director of Medical Education (DME Assam) will conduct a 3rd round of counselling to select candidates for admission into 1st-year Diploma in Paramedical courses in the institutes of Paramedical Sciences.
The 3rd round of counselling for selecting candidates for admission will be held on 17th & 18th May 2023 at the Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile Khanapara, Guwahati-22 at 10:00 am on each day of counselling. The candidates who have registered for the above course can only appear.
The candidates who obtained the following percentage (%) of Marks in the 10+2 class examination in PCB will be eligible for the said counselling –

Those candidates who have not applied for the courses mentioned above earlier as per this Directorate Educational Notice vide No.DME/P-Med/96/2022/6651, dated. 28/03/2022 will not be considered in the counselling to select candidates for admission in Paramedical Courses in the Institutes of Paramedical Sciences attached to Medical Colleges of Assam for the 2021 session.
On the day of counselling, candidates must bring a filled-in counselling form available on this Directorate's official website, www.dme.assam.gov.in. Candidates should keep all original certificates and documents at the time of counselling.
Those candidates who already got admitted in their respective course and institution as per the 1st & 2nd round of counselling and are willing to change their course and institution must keep with them the necessary admission receipts, etc., at the time of 3rd counselling, failing their change in course and institution will not be allowed.
Candidates satisfied with their allotted and admitted seats during the 1st & 2nd counselling need not appear in the 3rd round of counselling. Their seats in already admitted will remain unchanged.
