Paramedical Admissions: DME Assam issues notice for selected candidates who appeared for 2nd, extended counselling
Assam: Through a recent notice, the Directorate of Medical Education Assam (DME Assam) has informed about the admission of candidates who had appeared for 2nd and extended counselling for pursuing the 1st year Paramedical course in the Institute of Paramedical Sciences attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session 2020.
The candidates (names mentioned in the document attached below) who appeared in the 2nd counseling held on 15th to 22nd November, 2021 and Extended 2nd Counseling held on 7th & 8th December, 2021 for admission into 1st year Paramedical course in the Institutes of Paramedical Sciences attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2020 and were selected by the Selection Board are hereby allowed for provisional admission into the said course in the Institutes of Paramedical Sciences attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2020 as shown against their name.
The candidates are hereby directed to report for admission to the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges along with all their original testimonials, etc. with the following conditions from 22nd to 24th December /2021 failing of which his/her selection/ admission process will be cancelled.
The candidates who have been re-allotted seats at the time of second and extended second counseling shall collect their original documents with release order from the respective Principals of the colleges and shall submit the same to the respective Principal of re-allotted College immediately.
• Candidates are to deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets, Pass Certificates of HSLC and H.S.SLC or Equivalent examination, Caste certificate, E.W.S. certificate etc. to the respective Principals of the Medical Colleges of Assam at the time of admission.
• The admission of the candidates are subject to the satisfactory Medical fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the respective Principal of the Medical Colleges of Assam.
• All admissions are provisional.
Selected candidates are requested to maintain proper social distancing and other COVID protocol as set by the Government of Assam at the time of admission, the counselling body stated..
