TN Paramedical Admissions 2021: Counselling Schedule For Round 3 Released, Details
Tamil Nadu: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has released the tentative online counselling schedule for a paramedical degree course for round 3.
Counselling schedule (Rank - 001 to 46747 and Mark - 198.50 to 140.00) –
- Registration/ Payment – 21st March 2022, 10:00 am till 22nd March 2022, 5:00 pm.
- Choice filling & locking – 23rd March 2022, 10:00 am till 24th March 2022, 5:00 pm.
- Final Result and Download of Provisional Allotment Order – 25th March 2022.
- Reporting time – on or before 31st March 2022.
Rounds 1 and 2 candidates who wish to retain their seats will not be able to participate in this round of the counselling process. The candidates who want to apply for re-allotment of courses/colleges have to register. The fresh choice filling and locking is mandatory. Their rounds 1 and 2 seats will be open for choice filling in 2nd round of counselling.
The candidates who have registered but have not allotted seats in Government Medical Colleges and those who were not registered during round 1 of counselling can participate in this counselling from General Rank 001 to General Rank 46747.
The candidates who have already registered for round 1 of counselling and paid Rs.250 as registration fee need not pay again. However, the candidates who are doing a new registration will have to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs.250 online as a processing fee. The fee can be paid through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
Candidates should be careful while choice filling because they cannot be altered once they lock the choices. For a detailed vacancy list, candidates and guidelines for counselling will have to refer to the website. It will be published there. A candidate who has taken a seat in Government Medical College and has not joined the course will not be able to participate in this counselling process.
DME has clarified that admission to paramedical degree courses shall be made by the online counselling based on rank by applying the rule of reservation.
Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned college that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
The allotted seat candidates need to download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the allotted college on or before the stipulated date and time. In addition, they will have to produce their original certificates when joining with the scanned copy of original certificates.
The candidates who do not report to the head of the college to which they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, their selection and/or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.
