New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed about the corrigendum in the number of MD Radio-Diagnosis seats available at Andhra Pradesh based medical college for the purpose of choice filling for Round 2 PG Medical counselling.

As per the information provided by Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh the following seats are available in MD Radio Diagnosis for Choice Filling in Round-2 of PG Counselling 2020:

In an earlier notice, the MCC had notified about the addition of PG medical seats in the Round-2 NEET PG Counselling session. A total of 14 PG medical seats across 7 courses in 2 medical colleges had been added recently.

As per the official information released by the counselling body, 2 seats each pertaining to MD Paediatrics, MD Biochemistry MD Obstetrics & Gynecology, MD Pathology, MD Physiology, MD (Preventive & Social Medicine)/ Community Medicine and MD radio Diagnosis have been added to Round 2 counselling session for admission to College of Medicine and Sagore Dutta Hospital and Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital.

These Seats will be available for Choice Filling in Round- 2 of PG counselling 2020.

It had been notified that the Medical Counselling Committee received information from the following Medical Colleges about the addition of PG Seats available in the Academic Year 2020-21 at the respective colleges which were inadvertently not contributed by the colleges earlier.

Therefore, MCC has added the following PG seats in Round-2 of PG Counselling 2020 in branches and category mentioned as below:

MCC is conducting the counseling for the following Institutions/Universities:-

a) 50% All India Quota seats of all states except J&K.

b) 100% seats (All India Quota seats + Institutional Quota seats) of Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University/ Banaras Hindu University/ University of Delhi/ Central Institutes as per eligibility conditions mentioned in Important Questions related to Scheme of Counselling duly uploaded on MCC website.

c) 100% seats of Deemed Universities.

d) 50% AIQ P.G seats of colleges under Employee State Insurance Corporation (wards of ESIC insured persons).

e) All P.G seats of Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions(only Registration part).

f) Central Institutes, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, ABVIMS & RML Hospital and ESIC Institute, PGIMSR, Basaidarapur(50% All India Quota seats, and 50% seats of I.P University).
