UP DGME Announces Counselling Schedule for NEET PG Batch 2019 Medicos for Allotment Of Compulsory Bond Service
Uttar Pradesh: The Directorate General of Medical Education (UP DGME) has announced the schedule for counselling of NEET PG batch 2019 for allotment of compulsory bond service.
The detailed schedule –
1. 27.9.2023 – Psychiatry, Forensic Medicine, Biochemistry, Radiotherapy, Transfusion Medicine, Anaesthesia, Anatomy, Physiology, General Medicine, and ENT
2. 3.10.2023 – Orthopaedics, Pulmonary Medicine, General Surgery, Obs & Gyn, Pathology, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Microbiology, Ophthalmology, Skin and VD, Radiodiagnosis, and PMR.
The counseling process will be held on the 1st floor, block B, Academic Block, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandi Parishad Rd, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Based on the directions issued on 7th March 2018 and 4th July 2023, the allotment process will be done for the NEET PG batch 2019. The allotment will be done based on all India ranks, categories, and options selected. At the time of counseling, the seat matrix will be displayed. The students of batch 2018, who have cleared the final exam along with 2019 students, are also eligible for counseling.
The reserved category students who are from outside of UP will be considered in the un-reserved category. Only the students who are from UP will be able to get the benefit of the reserved category. The students will have to bring the documents of proof to avail reservation benefit. The students who belong to other backward classes and EWS will have to bring proof of their category, which should be issued from or before 1.4.2023. All the proofs have to be in the format prescribed by the government.
The students who are willing to work as assistant professors only should take part in the counseling process. The students who have gained experience of 1 year as senior resident as of 30 September 2023 will only be considered for allotment. The students will have to bring the allotment letter of last year as senior residents and a college-related allotment letter or else along with the NEET PG admission letter and scorecard where all India rank is mentioned.
The students allotted for the assistant professor will have to contribute to the post. Once the post is allotted, then the previous allotment as the senior resident will not be there. They cannot claim the post later.
The students note that till the seats are vacant, the counseling process will be carried out.
