3 The benefit of reservation will be payable only to the reserved category candidates of Uttar Pradesh state. The benefit of reservation will not be admissible to candidates outside the state of Uttar Pradesh.

4 All certificates related to reservation will be valid only in the format issued by the competent authority and prescribed by the Uttar Pradesh Government. Meanwhile, reservation certificates in the format prescribed by the Government of India will not be valid.

6 To avail the benefit of reservation, it is mandatory to upload the reservation-related certificate at the time of registration. If the certificate related to reservation is not found relevant at the time of online verification or is not in the prescribed format, the benefit of reservation will not be provided to the concerned candidates and action will be taken to allot seats to such candidates under unreserved category.

7 At the time of counselling or after counselling, if it is found that a candidate has obtained allotment based on misleading/forged records and if it found then the allotment will be cancelled and further action will be taken by registering a case against him under relevant sections of the IPC.
