30 year old MGM Indore final year PG medico found dead, suicide suspected

Indore: In an unfortunate incident, a final-year PG student in the Medicine Department at MGM Medical College allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of the boys' hostel building in Indore.
No suicide note was recovered from the spot, and the exact reason behind the alleged suicide is still unknown. The police are currently investigating all possible angles.
The medico was a 30-year-old resident of Jabalpur. He was in his third year of PG course and was reportedly only a few months away from completing the master's degree.

As per latest media report by Free Press Journal, the incident came to light after the doctor's body was found near a block of the MGM Boys Hostel at around 2 AM. The hostel authorities immediately alerted the police.
After reaching the spot, they inspected the scene and suspected the case to be suicide. They said that the exact reason behind the incident will only be confirmed after a detailed investigation.
Following this, the police sent the body for postmortem examination.
His death has left fellow students, teachers and the medical fraternity in shock. They described him as a bright, calm and dedicated student doctor.
The college administration also appealed to people not to spread rumours or unverified information and requested everyone to respect the privacy of the grieving family while the investigation is underway.
Medical Dialogues had earlier reported that a 35-year-old MBBS doctor who was preparing for NEET PG entrance allegedly committed suicide by hanging at Shivam Complex in the Lanka area of Varanasi. During the investigation, the police found that the student was preparing for the upcoming NEET PG examination.
The incident came to light when the father, who is an advocate, returned home in the evening from court and found her door locked from the inside. Following this, he knocked on his daughter's door, but there was no response. The family then broke open the door. On entering the room, the father was shocked to find his daughter hanging from the ceiling.
