Sundargarh AYUSH Doctor Found Dead
Runagaon: In an unfortunate incident, a female AYUSH doctor posted at Runagaon Primary Health Centre (PHC) was found dead on Friday morning under suspicious circumstances.
According to news reports, the doctor, who had been serving the community for over a decade, was found unresponsive in her bed early Friday morning. Her husband immediately rushed her to Badagaon hospital, where doctors declared her dead upon arrival.
Preliminary investigations suggest a possible overdose of sleeping pills, though the exact cause of death remains unconfirmed. Her husband has lodged a formal complaint with the Badagaon police, expressing concerns regarding the circumstances surrounding her demise. Authorities have seized the body and launched a probe into the case. A post-mortem examination is currently underway to determine the exact cause of death.

Her husband and along with her family members have lodged an FIR, and none of them have alleged any foul play.
Although the reason behind the alleged overdose is still unclear, reports indicate that the couple often faced marital discord. The exact cause of death will be determined after the post-mortem report is released, police said, reports Sambad English.
