Bhopal Doctor booked for allegedly Humiliating his employee on Social Media
Bhopal: Humiliating an employee on social media has backfired on a doctor belonging to a private hospital in Bhopal as the Anusuchit Jaati Janjaati police (AJAK police) have booked the concerned doctor for this reason.
Allegedly the doctor humiliated an employee at the pathology lab at the private hospital in Katara Hills and also made casteist remarks at him. Apart from this, the doctor's post got circulated in various groups as well.
AJAK police have registered a case against the doctor on the basis of the complaint lodged by the concerned employee. Apart from registering a case against the accused doctor, the police have also initiated an inquiry into the matter.
As per the latest media report by Free Press Journal, the issue started when the concerned employee at the pathology lab approached the accused doctor. The 28-year-old employee Neeraj Ahirwar was troubled as he had not been receiving a salary for the past few months. He used to approach Dr. Tiwari with this issue.
The daily further adds that after being fed up with complainant Ahirwar, the accused doctor allegedly humiliated him on social media by writing a post against him. In the post, the accused doctor allegedly wrote objectionable comments about the caste of Ahirwar. The doctor allegedly also circulated the message to various groups as well.
Following this, the complainant employee approached the police and lodged a complaint against the accused doctor. On the basis of this, AJAK police have now lodged a probe in this regard and registered a case against the accused doctor. Police informed the daily that a report regarding the investigation has been shared with the top officials.
