Hyderabad Doctor accuses HR Head of Sexual Exploitation

Hyderabad: A doctor in Hyderabad has filed a police complaint alleging that she was sexually exploited by a former HR operations head of a private company who promised to marry her. The accused, originally from Gurgaon, worked at the same company where the woman was employed as a skin and hair specialist.
According to the woman's complaint, the accused deceived her by initially concealing his marital status, claiming he was separated from his wife. He allegedly showed her fabricated mutual divorce papers, which she later discovered were false. Over a span of two months, from March to April 2025, the two are said to have engaged in multiple sexual encounters, including one during a business trip to Chandigarh.

The woman’s suspicions began to grow in early May, when she decided to confront the accused about their supposed future together. Accompanied by a friend and a family member, she reportedly visited his flat in Kondapur, where she discovered the shocking truth.
"I realised that his wife was six months pregnant, and she apologised on behalf of her husband, claiming that he had made a mistake. She promised to return the items he purchased with my money. I became pregnant due to his exploitation," the doctor said in her complaint, TOI reports.
According to TOI, the woman said that in the second week of May, the couple left the city and relocated to Pune, cutting off communication with her. On her complaint, Banjara Hills police registered a case under section 69 (Sexual intercourse by employing deceitful means etc.) of BNS on Tuesday night against the accused.
Authorities have confirmed that he is currently not in Hyderabad, and efforts are underway to locate him.
