The GMCH administration had intimated the Nagpur Municipal Corporation about the issue but the latter is yet to do anything, the MARD functionary alleged.
Nagpur: A resident doctor of the Government Medical College and Hospital in Nagpur has been bitten by at least four stray dogs, after which she had to be admitted to the facility's Intensive Care Unit, an official said.
The premier medical facility is facing a stray dog menace for several days with 40 to 50 canines being spotted on the campus, Dr Sajal Bansal, president of the GMCH unit of Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors (MARD) told PTI.

The incident took place at the private hospital 'Heart and Mother Care Hospital' when the two-day-old boy was sleeping next to his grandmother on the floor.
Moments later, the baby's relatives raised an alarm as he was nowhere to be found. It was found that the dog had taken him out and bit him.
