On Tuesday, the incident came to light after the family members of the doctor were unable to reach him through calls and texts. Following this, his parents asked one of his former colleagues to check on him. When the former colleague went to the doctor's house, he was shocked to discover the doctor's decomposed body lying in the room.
Immediately, he alerted the police. A preliminary investigation was conducted upon their arrival and discovered a suicide note in which he blamed no one for his death.
Talking about this, the police informed TOI, "The doctor could have killed himself at least three days ago. He left a suicide note in which he said it was his decision and no one was responsible for his death."
After recovering the body, the police sent it to a nearby government hospital for autopsy.
A case has been registered by the police and they are in the process of asking family members about his suicide to find out what led him to take his own life.
