Raj: JLN Nurse accuses Doctor of molestation in Operation Theatre
Ajmer: The On-duty female nurse has allegedly accused a doctor working at JLN hospital of physical abuse and molestation while he was drunk. The Nurses Association of the hospital has started to protest demanding action against the doctor.
The incident took place on Tuesday night when the on-duty female nurse was at the operation theatre preparing for the operation process to begin. As per her complaint, she alleged that the doctor was drunk when he came to the theatre and began abusing her. He also slapped the nurse when she protested against his action.
After she informed the nurse association about the incident, the association went to the Kotwali police station with the nurse and lodged a complaint against the doctor under charges of molestation and physical abuse on Wednesday.

Police said that they are investigating the matter and soon the matter will unveil. In order to find substantial evidence, the CCTV footage at the hospital will be checked thoroughly.
Denying the charge, the Doctors' Association of the hospital said that they will begin to strike as well if the investigations are done in a biased way. President of JNL hospital Doctors' Association Abhishek Kumar said that the nurse abused the doctor while he was at the operation theatre and that he had done no harm to the nurse.
President of Ajmer unit of Rajasthan Nurses' Association, Ganga Sharan said "They condemned the act of the resident doctor. He threatened that if action is not taken against the resident doctor, then they will stage a strike and district administration will be responsible for it."

After listening to both the parties, the hospital administration told TOI that action will be taken soon against the person responsible for the act. The police are investigating the matter.
