Mohali: A Rajasthan-based private doctor was recently booked based on a complaint of a patient, who alleged that the medical practitioner called her to a hotel offering to examine the medical reports of her injury, however, he allegedly sedated and raped her.
The patient has been identified as a 21-year-old woman, who suffered a back injury around 15 days ago when she went to visit her relatives in Ganganagar. She alleged in her complaint that her relatives took her to the private hospital in Ganganagar for treatment of the injury and the doctor treated her. The doctor allegedly took her number at that time.
