Itanagar: Protesting against the " attempted mob lynching" of two doctors and vandalism at Samaritan Hormin Hospital, all the doctors of the Capital Complex in Itanagar boycotted their routine work for two days.
However, the emergency and COVID services were not affected by the strike.
The doctors demanded strict action against the accused and observed a strike from 6 am of May 7 to 6 pm of May 8. This came after the attendants of a female patient who passed away in the facility ransacked the hospital and assaulted the hospital staff alleging negligence.
