The hospital has also been expanding other departments to enhance patient care. Recently, a 270-bed medicine ward and a 40-bed dermatology ward were inaugurated. A new parking area for 200 vehicles and a lecture hall for doctors from the Medicine, Gynaecology, and Paediatrics departments have also been completed.
All the new wards are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern systems. Each bed features an alarm button, allowing nurses and doctors to respond immediately if a patient’s condition worsens. Dr. Thakur emphasised that this system will significantly enhance patient safety and help save lives.
