NBE issues notice on Non-Availability Of Bank Details For Transfer Of Course Fee Paid By Trainees, releases list of hospitals
Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the list of accredited hospitals whose bank details are unavailable to transfer course fees paid by NBEMS trainees.
The hospitals that have not updated/submitted their bank details on the NBEMS web portal despite several communications the list is enclosed in the notice below. 177 hospitals across India have not updated/submitted their bank details. The states included in the lists are Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.

The hospitals whose names are on the list must update their current bank details through Hospital login at the link https://natboard.edu.in/cns/login so that the course fee paid by NBEMS trainees is transferred to their respective bank accounts.
NBEMS trainees undergoing training for various NBEMS courses pay their annual course fee directly to NBEMS. NBEMS has to transfer the course fee to accredited hospitals in two instalments. For transfer of course fees, all accredited hospitals must update their bank details on the NBEMS web portal. Due to the non-availability of bank details, NBEMS is unable to transfer the course fee to certain accredited hospitals.
The Government of India established the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in 1975 to improve the quality of Medical Education by setting high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on an all-India basis utilizing existing infrastructure for capacity building. NBEMS currently conducts postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in approved specialities leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and Doctorate of National Board (DrNB), respectively.
