6 step-down subsidiaries of Alembic Pharma dissolves
Vadodara: Alembic Pharma has informed in a BSE filing that six step-down subsidiaries of the Company have been dissolved/ in the process of dissolution.
The companies are Okner Realty LLC, Alembic Labs LLC, Alnova Pharmaceuticals SA, Dahlia Therapeutics SA, Genius LLC, Alembic Mami SpA
It may be further noted that none of the above Company was operational.
Medical Dialogues team had earlier reported that the Company had received tentative approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.7% (OTC).
