Alembic Pharma converts UAE branch office into wholly owned subsidiary
Vadodara: Alembic Pharma has announced that the Company's Branch office in the United Arab Emirates has been converted into a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company with the name Alembic Pharmaceuticals Scientific Office L.L.C.
The cost of acquisition of the new Wholly Owned Subsidiary is AED 50,000 in cash.
