AstraZeneca Pharma India Pankaj Jain resigns as Legal head
Bengaluru: AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has announced the resignation of Pankaj Jain, Head – Legal.
"We would like to inform that Mr. Pankaj Jain, currently the Head – Legal at AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has decided to pursue his career outside the organization," the company stated in a BSE filing.
He will complete his handover period by close of business hours on October 31, 2025.
The company has initiated the process of identifying a suitable replacement for the position.

Jain has been with AstraZeneca since 2013, contributing over a decade of leadership in the legal function. Before joining AstraZeneca, he worked with Strides Acrolab for more than three years and also held legal roles at Sistema Shyam Teleservices and HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company
