Dabur India Promotes Binit Kumar as Head of Marketing for Health Supplements, Baby Care

Binit Kumar has been appointed as Head of Marketing for Dabur's Health Supplements, Hydration and Baby Care portfolio, taking charge of key consumer health brands.
New Delhi: Dabur India Limited has promoted Binit Kumar as the Head of Marketing for its Health Supplements, Hydration and Baby Care business.
With the new responsibility, Kumar will now lead the marketing strategy for some of Dabur's flagship brands, including Dabur Chyawanprash, Dabur Glucose, Dabur Lal Tail, the Dabur Baby range and Pure Herbs. His expanded mandate covers brand building, portfolio strategy, innovation and business growth across these high-priority consumer health categories.
Dabur India Limited is one of India's leading FMCG companies, founded in 1884 by Dr. S. K. Burman. The company is a major manufacturer of Ayurvedic and natural healthcare products, along with personal care, food and beverage, and consumer care products. Dabur's portfolio includes well-known brands such as Dabur Chyawanprash, Dabur Honey, Dabur Red Toothpaste, Real Juices, Hajmola, and Dabur Amla Hair Oil, with a significant presence in both domestic and international markets.
Kumar has been associated with Dabur for more than four years and most recently served as AGM - Marketing (Oral Care). During his tenure, he managed the company's toothpaste and toothpowder portfolio, overseeing brand strategy and profit-and-loss responsibilities while contributing to innovation in the herbal oral care segment.
According to his professional profile, Kumar assumed his new position in July 2026 after progressing through multiple leadership roles within the company. Prior to becoming AGM – Marketing, he served as DGM Marketing/P&L Owner - Oral Care, where he led one of Dabur's largest product categories.
Before joining Dabur, Kumar held leadership positions across several leading consumer goods companies, including Zydus Wellness, Coty Inc., Procter & Gamble and Vodafone Essar Limited. His career spans more than 15 years in sales, marketing, shopper marketing, commercial strategy, business transformation and brand management.
