Dr Reddys Labs arm Chirotech Technology dissolves

Hyderabad: Dr Reddy's Labs has informed in a BSE filing that Chirotech Technology Limited, UK a step down wholly owned overseas subsidiary of the Company has been dissolved with effect from September 18, 2024, based on communication received from the concerned regulatory authority in United Kingdom on October 1, 2024.

Chirotech Technology was not a material subsidiary and had ceased to carry any business activity.

"The dissolution of Chirotech Technology Limited will not have any material effect on the Company’s business," Dr Reddy's stated.

Established in 1984, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. The Company offers a portfolio of products and services including APIs, generics, branded generics, biosimilars and OTC. Its major therapeutic areas of focus are gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, diabetology, oncology, pain management and dermatology.
