Panacea Biotec CFO Devender Gupta resigns, Amit Gupta to oversee finance function
Punjab: Panacea Biotec has announced the resignation of Devender Gupta, Chief Financial Officer and Head Information Technology, who also serves as a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of the Company, effective December 15, 2025.
He has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons.
In light of this development, Amit Gupta, General Manager - Accounts & Finance of the Company, shall be in charge of the accounts and finance function.
Gupta joined Panacea in 2010 as Deputy General Manager. In 2014, he assumed the role of General Manager - Finance & Strategic Management, and in 2015, he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. He also worked organisations including Kudos Chemie, Jubilant Organosys, Picric.
