Shilpa Biologicals CEO Dr Sridevi Khambhampaty Resigns
Hyderabad: Shilpa Medicare Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Dr Sridevi Khambhampaty has resigned as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its material subsidiary, Shilpa Biologicals Private Limited, due to personal commitments.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, stating that Dr Khambhampaty tendered her resignation through a letter dated April 15, 2026. She will cease to hold the position with effect from the close of business hours on July 15, 2026.
According to the regulatory filing, Dr. Khambhampaty cited personal commitments as the reason for stepping down from the role after serving the required notice period.

In her resignation letter addressed to the Board of Shilpa Biologicals, she thanked the company for the opportunity to lead the biologics business and expressed confidence in the future growth of the company. She also conveyed her best wishes to the organisation.
Shilpa Biologicals Private Limited is the biotechnology arm of Shilpa Medicare and is engaged in the research, development and manufacturing of biologics and biopharmaceutical products.
