Shilpa Medicare board gives nod to establish subsidiary in Malaysia

Shilpa Medicare Limited has decided to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia for the business operations of the company.

"The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on September 18, 2020, approved to establish a whole owned subsidiary in Malaysia for the business operations of the company," the company informed the exchanges on Friday.

The company last week had announced the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary INM Technologies Private Limited with Shilpa Medicare.
