Strides Pharma Science arm incorporates company in New Zealand

Mumbai: Strides Pharma Science has announced that Strides Pharma Global Pte. Limited, Singapore, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a company in New Zealand in the name of “Strides Pharma New Zealand Pty Limited” on July 26, 2024.

"Strides New Zealand shall hold market authorizations for the products in New Zealand and shall also undertake trading in pharmaceutical products," Strides informed in a BSE filing.

Strides Group has a diverse portfolio of products across various therapeutic categories, which are fungible to be commercialized in several regions/ markets.

Strides New Zealand was incorporated to leverage the existing product portfolio from US, UK, Australia and other regulated markets to register and sell these products in New Zealand; and to have a local presence to ensure seamless interactions with the Government for participating in local tenders amongst other activities.

The entity is incorporated with a Capital of NZD 15,000.
