Torrent pharma successfully completes USFDA inspection for Levittown facility

Ahmedabad: Torrent Pharma has recently announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has successfully concluded inspection at its Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA manufacturing facility.

The inspection was conducted between 6th December 2021 and 15th December 2021.

"This is to inform that our Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA manufacturing facility was inspected by USFDA between 6 th December 2021 and 15th December 2021,"the company said in a BSE filing.

At the end of the inspection, No Form 483 was issued.

"It is a positive development for the Company and is a reflection of our commitment to consistency in quality and compliance with regulatory standards," the company added.

Torrent Pharma is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ahmedabad, India. The company specializes in therapeutic segment of cardiovascular (CV), central nervous system (CNS), gastro-intestinal (GI) and women healthcare (WHC).
