Zydus Lifesciences Dissolves French Subsidiary Ampliman 2
New Delhi: Zydus Lifesciences Ltd has informed that Ampliman 2, France, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has been dissolved without liquidation, effective January 9, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.
Ampliman 2 was a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S., which in turn is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences. Following the dissolution, all assets and liabilities of Ampliman 2 have been transferred to Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S., the company said in its disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company clarified that the dissolution will not have any impact on its business operations, indicating that the move is part of an internal restructuring exercise rather than a strategic exit from the market.
